Annual competition and festival of non-commercial film. They welcome entries from individuals and groups anywhere in the world. Judges' comments are sent to all entrants. Entries must have been completed within the last three years.

The festival accepts payment in dollars or pounds. Entry fee 8 GBP for nonmembers plus 6 GBP return postage. Each additional entry 4 GBP for nonmembers. Slight reduction for students. Maximum length 30 minutes except for the short comedy category where maximum length is 5 minutes. They accept miniDV and DVD formats. Check rules for other restrictions.
