Festival: 8 - 15th November 2008 at the popular holiday town of Rijeka by the Adriatic Sea.

Arrangements and dates are similar each year.

The film and video club Liburnija-film in Croatia organises two festivals simultaneously. The KRAF festival is open to all videos up to 15 minutes, while the SEA festival is for underwater and marine photography and for sea-related video up to 20 minutes. The best film in KRAF is awarded a Grand Prix. In the SEA festival there is both a video Grand Prix and a photography Grand Prix. There are several other awards in both festivals. The best films in the KRAF festival will be screened at 15 November, while the SEA festival takes place from November 8 to 15.

The films must have English subtitles and be on digital 8, VHS, S-VHS, Betacam SP, mini DV or DVD.  More than one entry may be on each tape or disc.
